At the conference, the Hai Duong Provincial Labor Confederation (LĐLĐ) was honored to receive the Government's excellent emulation flag. The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded certificates of merit to 13 collectives and Creative Labor Certificates to 7 individuals, including 2 distinguished individuals from Toan Phat Mechanical Co., Ltd. (pictured in the 2nd and 3rd positions from left to right). Additionally, the LĐLĐ of the province presented an emulation flag to one unit and certificates of merit to 15 collectives for outstanding achievements in the "1 Million Initiatives – Effort to Overcome Challenges, Innovate, and Determinedly Overcome the COVID-19 Pandemic" program.

In his speech at the conference, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Thai Thu Xuong, praised the recent accomplishments of the Hai Duong Provincial Labor Confederation. The Vice President urged the province's LĐLĐ at all levels to focus on implementing key tasks in the coming period, including continuing to pursue the 2022 theme, taking care of employment and livelihoods for workers, striving to achieve the highest possible goals set by the 12th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, and organizing practical activities to support the material and spiritual well-being and legitimate needs of workers.
